1. What is a cookie #
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies may also be used (localStorage, technical identifiers).
2. Our approach #
ARCKONE SRL takes a minimalist approach. Optional measurement remains disabled until you choose. Self-hosted OpenPanel audience measurement and Google Ads / ChatGPT Ads measurement have separate consent choices.
3. Strictly necessary cookies #
The website places only one strictly necessary cookie: the language preference described below, and only when you choose a language yourself. It places none during normal browsing or when you submit the contact form.
Cloudflare may still apply technical network-level security mechanisms if a request is considered abusive or suspicious. These mechanisms are used for service security and are not used for advertising or individual tracking.
When you explicitly choose a language with one of the website’s language switchers, the website places one strictly necessary preference cookie. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

4. Audience measurement #
This website uses OpenPanel, self-hosted by ARCKONE on OVHcloud infrastructure located in France, to measure traffic and aggregated interactions. OpenPanel places no audience measurement cookie and stores no persistent identifier in localStorage or sessionStorage. According to OpenPanel’s documented standard operation, the raw IP address is not retained in events: it is processed to derive an approximate country and city and, together with browser information and the project identifier, to create a derived visitor identifier that changes daily. The statistics are therefore pseudonymised, rather than described as anonymous. This measurement is activated only after your consent. No session recording is performed.

OpenPanel measurement is activated only after your consent to audience analytics. It places no audience measurement cookie. The corresponding processing is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Marketing cookies #
With your consent, Google Ads may place or read cookies and advertising identifiers to attribute a genuinely submitted enquiry to a campaign. The website defaults ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage to denied. It does not send Google the form content, email address or telephone number, and enhanced conversions are disabled.
Also with your consent, when a visit starts with a click on an ARCKONE ad shown in ChatGPT, the click identifier provided by OpenAI is kept in your browser for the session (sessionStorage). If you then submit the contact form, it is sent server-side to OpenAI so the enquiry is counted as a result of the ad. No cookie is placed and no OpenAI script is loaded. 6. Managing your cookies #
Your separate audience analytics and advertising measurement choices are retained for no more than 180 days. You can change them or withdraw consent at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the website footer, which reopens the consent panel, or delete cookies through your browser settings. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal activates refusal.
