The problem
A carpentry workshop, three people. The owner does all the sales: site visit, measurements jotted in a notebook, then in the evening, at home, he copies everything into a spreadsheet to produce a quote. An hour per quote, sometimes more, after an already full day.
The result: quotes go out late, sometimes two or three days after the visit. And by then, the client has already called a competitor.

A small tool, not an overbuilt system. The owner enters his measurements and line items once, the tool applies his pricing rules (materials, labor, margins) and produces a clean quote, ready to send.
