Back-office automation

Less copy-paste. More useful work.

Your team should not spend its day moving information between emails, Excel, PDFs and business software. We automate the flows that keep coming back.

What you get

  • Short map of the current workflow
  • Removal of duplicate data entry
  • Automated alerts and reminders
  • Clean exports, reports and generated documents

We start with the real work

We look at how files move today: who receives what, where information is copied from one tool to another, which checks are repeated by hand and where things stall. We start from the time actually spent, not from what we assume. Only then do we write code. If a task is not worth automating, we tell you instead of selling you a project.

What we automate most often

The flows found in almost every company: invoices and purchase orders extracted from a PDF and entered, client reminders sent at the right time, reconciliation between a bank export and the accounts, incoming emails sorted and turned into records, weekly reports generated without copy-paste, statuses synchronized between two tools that do not talk to each other. Rarely one big project, more often a series of small gains that add up.

The gains are in the details

An email turned into a record, a PDF summarized, a status synchronized, a reminder sent on its own at the right time. Taken alone, each looks minor. Added up over a week, they are hours given back to your team and fewer copying errors. The goal is not to replace people, it is to take off their plate what a machine does better.

No need to replace your whole stack

When the existing tool does the job, we connect to it instead of rewriting everything. APIs, exports, scripts, Cloudflare Workers, lightweight databases: we choose the shortest path that holds in production. No overengineering, no dependency on a six-figure ERP. You keep your tools, we move information between them.

Back-office automation tools built in Belgium

We are a Belgian engineering firm, and it shows in the details: CODA bank exports, Belgian VAT formats, documents arriving in French, Dutch and English, and the accounting packages companies here actually use. We build and host in Europe, work in all three languages, and stay within driving distance across the Benelux when something needs to be seen on site.

We stay reachable after go-live

An automation is alive: a supplier changes its PDF format, a tool updates its API. We document what we build and stay on hand to adjust when something moves. You know who to call, and you do not inherit a black box no one understands.

Frequently asked questions

Which back-office automation tools do you build with?

Lightweight, standard building blocks: APIs, scripts, Cloudflare Workers, small databases and AI models where they genuinely help. No licence per user, no platform lock-in: you own what we build for you.

Do you work across the whole Benelux?

Yes. We are based in Tournai, Belgium, and work remotely across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with on-site visits where it helps. Documents in French, Dutch or English are all handled natively.

How long before we see a result?

Often a few days to two weeks for a first flow in production. We start with the task that costs the most time, not with the most impressive project.

Do we have to change our current tools?

No, in most cases. If Excel, Outlook or your business software already do the job, we connect to them. We only replace what genuinely gets in the way.

Does it work with our ERP or accounting software?

If the tool exposes an API or exports, yes. Otherwise we use the files it already generates. We check feasibility before you commit to anything.

Who maintains the automation afterwards?

We do, if you want. We document everything and offer light follow-up to adjust when a format or an API changes. You are not left alone with the tool.

Is our data safe?

We work on your tools and your accounts, without copying your data elsewhere for no reason. European hosting when we host, and access limited to what is strictly needed.

How is this different from an ERP?

An ERP imposes its logic on your whole business. We automate specific tasks around your existing tools, for a fraction of the cost and without reorganizing everything.

We scope it in 20 minutes.

One call is enough to know whether the topic deserves a real project.
