The starting point

Generating one attractive shot with AI has become easy. Producing a complete, consistent and repeatable ad is much harder.

The presenter’s identity can drift between shots. Real product assets do not blend in cleanly. Voice, subtitles and editing live in separate tools. Change the angle and a large part of the work has to start again.

This prototype had one precise goal: test whether a brief could drive the full production chain of a vertical ad, without turning every variation into a new shoot.

What we built

A production pipeline that connects the steps instead of stacking isolated generations.

The brief as the starting point - The hook, problem, product proof and call to action structure the video before generation starts.

A consistent presenter - The same character remains recognizable from one shot to the next and delivers the message to camera.

Real product assets preserved - Supplied footage is integrated into the edit instead of asking AI to reinvent the product.

An output ready to publish - Voice, pacing, subtitles, 9:16 format and 1080p export are part of the pipeline.

A human stays in control - Weak shots are rejected or regenerated. AI produces the options, a person decides what deserves to be published.

What the prototype validated

• A complete vertical ad can come from a brief, not just a collection of clips.
• A new angle mostly requires a new brief, not a rebuilt pipeline.
• The system can support one-off production, recurring batches or an internal tool.
• The quality of the input product assets remains the main lever for credibility and speed.
